Title:  Amendment to grant full and equal voting power  as set forth in Article I Section I

Ballot Summary:  Amendment to  enact equal voting rights in initiative and presidential general elections limiting government interference with political power as set forth in Article I Section I so as to grant equal political power to the voters of this state a fifty percent majority only is required in this state and in presidential elections the national popular vote shall determine the electors of the state.

Full Text of the Proposed Amendment or revision ,

(e) In accordance with Article I Section I and unless otherwise specifically provided for elsewhere in this constitution, if the proposed amendment or revision is approved by vote of at least FIFTY percent of the electors voting on the measure, it shall be effective as an amendment to or revision of the constitution of the state on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in January following the election, or on such other date as may be specified in the amendment or revision, which if successful in relation to a presidential general election in that case by a simple majority  shall be effective on the first Monday after the second Wednesday in December, when  the electors meet in their respective States. The electors shall cast their votes for President and Vice President which shall be commensurate with the outcome of the National Popular Vote so the citizen vote of this state  carries equal weight to all citizens of the nation.
